30-DAYS RETURN PERIOD:


You are allotted a full 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, like a receipt.

Initiating a Return:

To begin the return process, please contact us at support@sublith.com  . We will assist you with the steps required. Note that returns should be sent to the address we provide when requested. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any defects, damages, or discrepancies. If you encounter any issues, notify us right away. We are committed to resolving the problem swiftly and effectively.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain relics, impervious to return, are ordained by decree of hygiene or safety—comestible commodities, bespoke artifacts, and substances deemed perilous. Should queries besiege you concerning the returnability of your relic, dispatch a missive to us.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, the most efficient method is to return your original item and place a new order. This streamlines the process and ensures you receive your desired item quickly.

European Union Cooling Off Period:

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, no justification needed. The return eligibility criteria mentioned previously still apply.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and scrutiny of your return, the pronouncement of approbation or rebuff shall be relayed unto you. Should sanction be bestowed, the recompense shall weave its path back to your primal means of payment within the cycle of 10 diurnal cycles. Note, the weave of recompense may differ contingent upon the river of bank or credit card entity.
